YOLK is a project designed by Angeletti & Ruzza who ironically and light-heartedly play on the duo concept, starting from the mix of elements making the lamp, metal and glass, which reflect and diffuse the light. This is then echoed by its name, evoking the simplicity of the quintessential two-material element, the egg, which is also the emblem of the creative duo’s generative power.

Wall lamp giving diffused and reflected light. Central diffuser in opal satin blown glass. Curved clear glass outside. Metal chrome central reflector.

Angeletti & Ruzza

Silvana Angeletti was born in Rieti in 1969, Daniele Ruzza was born in Rome in 1967. After receiving their Degrees in Industrial Design from I.S.I.A. in Rome, they opened their design studio: angeletti ruzza design. Among their projects of interior design is the Quinto Assio Hotel in Rieti, and Relais e Chateau Mazzetelli Villa Quinto Assio in Rieti. Since 1999 they are associated ADI (Industrial Design Association) – Adi Member. Since 2010, They are teachers at the IED Roma, with the course of industrial design and They are teachers of Industrial Design, Università Ascoli Piceno since 2012.
