Taper’s award-winning design sets a new standard for ergonomic performance in an executive chair.

This upholstered executive chair has a contoured high back that provides zonal support. The tilt mechanism uses a pair of adjustable carbon fiber leaf springs that control resistance. The suspended seat uses SuperSeatTM technology to create a deep seat pocket and responsive surface. This chair has a 5-star base with casters and pneumatic seat height adjustment. Fixed-height arms can be specified with either urethane or upholstery options.

Mark Goetz

Mark Goetz has worked with many companies and produced a stream of award winning projects. He began by working with Brickel Associates. He created a line of furniture for Bernhardt and established a high level of design within Bernhardt today. In 1998, Mark designed a sofa for Herman Miller and has also been engaged in several projects. He was an industrial design professor at Pratt Institute for 20 years. He is currently applying his rich experiences to a wide array of projects. Today, Mark remains passionate about innovation, respectful of the environment, and ever mindful of human needs.
