Sergio Herman
Sergio Herman (1970) is a Dutch chef, entrepreneur, and designer. Born in the province of Zeeland, the Netherlands, he started his career in his family’s restaurant, Oud Sluis. He received three Michelin stars by 2005 and was named Chef of the Year twice by Gault Millau. As a designer, he has collaborated with Serax to create tableware and glassware, including a cast iron teapot inspired by Japanese minimalism. Even with his constant drive for renewal, classic cuisine always forms the basis of his creations.
