The Recess Mirror Collection is a series of highly versatile, aluminum-framed mirrors. By combining curving semicircular forms with bold angles and the raw beauty of industrial aluminum, the Recess Mirrors are at once playful and distinctly sophisticated. Each mirror in this collection can be hung either vertically or horizontally.

Features:
Sculptural form.
Natural variations in the raw aluminum are to be expected.

Material / Finish: Mirror in an untreated aluminum frame.

Notes: Due to the use of untreated aluminum, small variations and marks may occur. Stains may appear upon the frame surface when in contact with liquids. The frame surface will patinate over time. Crated piece.

Jonas Trampedach

From a design point of view, Jonas Trampedach acquired a great deal of historical knowledge at a young age while working as an international antiques dealer. He went on to study design at Danmarks Design Skole and then did a masters’ degree in Design Products, under the supervision of Ron Arad, Luke Pearson and Michael Marriot among others at the Royal College of Art. In 2010 Jonas set up his Copenhagen based studio, primarily working in the fields of product and furniture design.
