Orson desk, made in rich hardwood and cast iron, simply and quietly performs the task required, while remaining approachable and appealing to the senses. Three solid wood drawers provide ample storage, while three small compartments at the back of the desk provide an efficient and attractive cable management system. Accessories designed to complement the desk include two storage trays and a pencil holder which are available separately.

Matthew Hilton

Matthew Hilton

Matthew Hilton was born in 1957, He graduated in Furniture and Design from Kingston University in 1979 and was an industrial designer and model maker. In 1984 he started Matthew Hilton Design Studio. In 2000-2004 He was Habitat's Head of Furniture design, his furniture is permanently held in museums and art gallery in London and Manchester City. He was elected a Royal Designer for Industry (RDI) in 2005. In 2007 He launched Matthew Hilton Limited; these designs were eventually licensed to De La Espada. Matthew Hilton Limited specialises in furniture, lighting, accessories, carpets and others.
