David Geckeler

David Geckeler (b. 1984) is an industrial designer, based in Berlin working across furniture, interior, tableware and lighting. In 2012, he graduated from the renowned Universität der Künste Berlin. He started his design studies at the University of Applied Science Potsdam and studied also in the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. With his Nerd Chair for Muuto, Geckeler was honored with Becker’s International Design Award in 2011.
