Mogens Lassen
Architect Mogens Lassen was born in 1901, is among the greatest and most influential of Danish architects. In 1927 He traveled to Paris and was honored with the offer of a place in Le Corbusier’s studio, which he gracefully refused. He opened his own studio in Denmark and also worked as the exhibition architect for ’Den Permanente’ and it became a huge success. Mogens designed, sketched and built homes for people. Today his furniture pieces come to auction to achieve sky-high hammer prices. Throughout his life, He was honored with countless awards and medals. He passed away in 1987.Learn more about
