Ilia Sergeevich Potemin is a young Russian designer with many diverse talents such as aircraft pilot, painter and still inventor. He created for DCW Éditions, named by his initials "ISP", was a lamp created in 2017, without a switch, dimmer and bulb. Evoking at the same time a Nautilus, a HAL, an ark of light, the ISP lamp is already a mythology, a fiat-lux deliberately stripped of the corpus of orthodox lamps.
