Simple, flexible and versatile, the AA Stool by Japanese DIY furnituremaker TORAFU ARCHITECTS is produced in Denmark and from locally grown Danish Douglas fir. Named after the shape of its profile, the flat pack design has an untreated finish that lets you customise it to the look you want. Each pack of two stools is offered in two sizes – medium or tall – and can be used individually or combined to create a wider seat.

Only available in the Nordic Countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands.

Torafu Architects

Torafu Architects was established in 2004 by the duo Koichi Suzuno and Shinya Kamuro. The studio works on a wide range of topics, including architectural design, interior design, exhibition venue composition, product design, space installation, and participation in movie production, based on architectural thinking. Major works include "Template in Claska," "NIKE 1 LOVE," "House in Kohoku," "Air Vessel," "Gulliver Table," and "Big T." "Light Loom (Canon Milano Salone 2011)" was selected as the best exhibition of the Erita Design Award during the exhibition.
