Scandinavian in its expression, the Focus Table Lamp highlights its ash wood body with black paint that allows for the texture of the wood to shine through. With a protruding base that is perfect for small items, the lamp fits seamlessly on a windowsill or shelf in need a bit of light.

Materials:
The Focus Table Lamp’s wooden components are shaped on a lathe machine. The electrical parts are hidden inside the lamps components, which are glued together to hide that they were ever apart. Thereafter, the lamp is painted. Ash wood and PVC cord.

Since graduating with a master’s degree in Product Design from Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences, he has gone on to design objects concerned with the ideas of everyday functionality. With designs that are made to last, Bergsaker places emphasis on traditional craftsmanship and tactile qualities, laying the foundation that allows individual attachment and social interaction to surround the objects.
