The signature style and architectural language of Studio mk27 are clearly visible in the design of Boteco, which plays with volumes by layering, removing and adding.

With its strong identity, the Boteco family of sideboards and coffee tables fully expresses the approach taken by Kogan, who considers the planning phase of architecture, interiors and design as “part of a single process in which scale is the only difference, and where the borders separating each territory are blurred”.

Closed spaces and open compartments define the look of the Boteco sideboards, in a carefully planned juxtaposition of materials and finishes.

The living and dining sideboards, with one single open compartment or with closable doors, have a structure in oak with Tobacco colour stain finish or palisander Santos in matt polyester lacquer finish, and a top that accommodates a tray insert with the bottom in Sahara Noir marble, the same used on the open compartment.

The sideboards stand on aluminium, blade-like legs with a Golden Brown finish. In the dining version, the interiors, whose finish matches the exterior one, are accessorised with a cutlery drawer and, in the sideboard with four doors, a glass shelf.
