Designed by Yun Li, the Birds are made from sheet aluminum in an economic but precise process that expresses the formal quality of the birds with a minimum of elements. The family includes a sparrow, a blackbird and a pigeon, each with its own distinct character. The birds' simple, graceful silhouettes are a natural addition to any setting - on a desk, a shelf, a coffee table or a window ledge. When placed outdoors, the breeze will add a delicate rocking movement to the birds.

Yun Li

Yun Li

Yun Li is a Paris-based Taiwanese industrial designer. He graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle (Ensci-Les Ateliers) with honor in 2014. For his diploma project, supervised by British designer Jasper Morrison, he attempted to refine, both visually and technically, one of the world's most visible and mass-produced chairs. Ever since, he is interested in finding a better balance between quality and cost that a product could have. In 2012, he followed an internship at BIG-GAME in Lausanne, Switzerland. In 2013, he exhibited at SaloneSatellite. From 2014 to 2017, he worked for Studio Pauline Deltour in Paris. Since 2017, he joins design studio Unknown-Untitled in Paris.
