Measured yet powerful, the upholstered Babi dining chair and armchair collection has an innate, classy feel which transcends fashion trends. The backrest and armrests feature balanced shaping and volumes, with leather and fabric coverings available. In the single-material version, the wooden legs are covered with fabric (removable covering) or leather, but they are also available in heat-treated, oak-dyed ash.

Gordon Guillaumier

Gordon Guillaumier

Born in Malta in 1966, Gordon Guillaumier graduated in industrial design at the IED in Milan in 1991 and obtained a master’s degree in industrial design at the Domus Academy in Milan in 1992. He started his career with Rodolfo Dordoni’s Studio. In 2002 he founded his own Design Studio in Milan, focussed on design consulting, product and interior design. Currently he is art director for Desalto and Roda (together with Rodolfo Dordoni and Gabriella Zecca). He has received various awards, His works were published in magazines and books. He has lectured and is a visiting design professor.
