THE EMBRACING LINES OF ALOE

Lightly suspended on a black powder-coated steel frame, the upholstered shell of the Aloe Chair by Italian Luca Nichetto is designed with a strong outline refined by piping details along the edge, inspired by the characteristic leaves of the Aloe.

A SECLUDED SOFT SPOT

Working with contrasts in the design, Nichetto combines a tightly padded outer shape with a soft interior carried by a black tubular frame in steel, joined by horizontal stitching on the back piece that mimics the look of folded textile. As a complimenting element to the chair is the Aloe Stool, seeking to be an extension of the chair’s elegantly rounded shapes and light expression.
