Saint-Louis

At the forefront of glassmaking and crystal cutting since the 16th century, Saint-Louis is known for its impressive chandeliers as well as its elegant tableware. The company, which was given its name by King Louis XV in 1767, introduced the concept of a set of glasses for dining with its Trianon service in 1829. Many of the company’s techniques and processes have been honed over the past three centuries and continue to be developed under the tutelage of the Hermès group, which bought a controlling stake in Saint-Louis in 1989.
